Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Most sales from this website are final. If an item arrives damaged, we will seek compensation from the shipping service.
Please provide a photo of the damaged item to: hlmartinauthorartist@gmail.com
Custom art and graphic design sales are final after customer signs off on the proof copy.
By signing off on the proof copy, the customer assumes all responsibility for the content of the design.
You will not be charged if you are not satisfied with your design in the proofing stages
Refunds
There generally are no refunds. Work purchased on this site will be shipped insured. In the event it is lost, damaged, or destroyed in shipping,
the shipping company will be held accountable for the loss.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and duplicatable. As much of the work here is original artwork, it cannot be replaced, so this only applies to items such as prints.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
You will generally not be asked to return your product.
